Fishing Tips
• The right rod makes a difference.
I use a 2.40 m rod with a test of 15–40 g. A softer, more flexible (parabolic) rod gives the fish more time to grab the lure.
On the other hand, a fast-action rod may pull the weedless lure out of the pike's mouth too quickly.

• Play smart.
While reeling, take breaks and add short, quick jerks (jerking with the rod tip) – several in a row, then a pause. This type of action brings the lure to life and attracts predatory fish to strike.
